Önemli noktalar

1. Lisans. Apple, App Store Hizmet Koşulları'nın izin verdiği ölçüde, sahibi olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz Apple markalı cihazlarda NeoDetect'i kullanmanız için size devredilemez bir lisans verir.

2. Kapsam. NeoDetect bir tersine görsel arama aracıdır. Yalnızca kullanma hakkına sahip olduğunuz görselleri aratabilirsiniz. Uygulamayı hukuka uygun şekilde ve ülkenizdeki gizlilik ve veri koruma yasaları dahil tüm geçerli yasalara uygun olarak kullanmayı kabul edersiniz.

3. Kabul edilebilir kullanım. NeoDetect'i hiç kimseyi taciz etmek, takip etmek (stalking), tehdit etmek veya zarar vermek ya da hukuki bir dayanak olmadan özel bireyleri tanımlamak, profillemek veya izlemek için kullanmayacaksınız. Bir arama başlatmak için seçtiğiniz fotoğraf, benzer bir yüz içeren herkese açık web sayfalarını bulmak amacıyla onu işleyen üçüncü taraf bir yüz arama servisi olan FaceCheck'e gönderilir. Yalnızca kullanma hakkına sahip olduğunuz görselleri aratmalısınız.

4. Abonelikler ve krediler. Sonuçların tamamına erişim ücretli bir abonelik gerektirir. Aramalar kredi harcar. Uygulama üzerinden ödeme Apple Kimliğinize; web üzerinden ödeme ise Stripe aracılığıyla güvenli şekilde tahsil edilir. Abonelikler, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yönetim ve iptal işlemlerini cihaz ayarlarınızdan (App Store) veya web hesabınızdan yapabilirsiniz.

5. Garanti verilmez. Uygulama ve sonuçları "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Arama sonuçları üçüncü taraf, herkese açık web kaynaklarından gelir; eksik veya hatalı olabilir. Sonuçlar tek başına kimlik tespiti veya hukuki delil olarak kullanılmamalıdır.

6. Sorumluluğun sınırı. Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, geliştirici uygulamayı kullanımınızdan doğan dolaylı veya sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.

7. Fesih. Bu koşullara uymamanız halinde lisansınız otomatik olarak sona erer.

Key points

1. License. Apple grants you a non-transferable license to use NeoDetect on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Scope. NeoDetect is a reverse image search tool. You may only search images you have the right to use. You agree to use the app lawfully and to comply with all applicable laws, including privacy and data protection laws in your country.

3. Acceptable use. You will not use NeoDetect to harass, stalk, threaten, or harm anyone, or to identify, profile, or track private individuals without a lawful basis. To run a search, the photo you choose is sent to FaceCheck, a third-party face-search service, which processes it to find public web pages with a similar face. You must only search images you have the right to use.

4. Subscriptions and credits. Access to full results requires a paid subscription. Searches consume credits. Payment in the app is charged to your Apple ID; payment on the web is processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your device settings (App Store) or in your web account.

5. No warranty. The app and its results are provided "as is." Search results come from third-party public web sources and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Results must not be used alone for identification or as legal evidence.

6. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Termination. Your license ends automatically if you fail to comply with these terms.
