2. Fotoğrafınız ve arama

Aramayı çalıştırmak için seçtiğiniz fotoğraf, benzer bir yüz içeren herkese açık web sayfalarını bulmak amacıyla onu işleyen üçüncü taraf bir yüz arama servisi olan FaceCheck'e gönderilir. Konum tahmini modunda görsel, coğrafi analiz için Google Cloud Vision'a iletilebilir. Bu sağlayıcılar veriyi kendi gizlilik politikaları çerçevesinde işler.

Fotoğrafınız yalnızca sizin başlattığınız arama için kullanılır. Arama tamamlanır tamamlanmaz tarafımızca tutulan geçici kopya silinir; kalıcı bir görsel veritabanı oluşturmayız ve fotoğrafınızı reklam, profil çıkarma veya model eğitimi için kullanmayız.

3. Cihaz üzerinde yüz kontrolü

Uygulama, doğru animasyonu seçmek için cihaz üzerinde yalnızca "fotoğrafta yüz var mı?" düzeyinde bir kontrol yapabilir; bu kontrol cihazdan çıkmaz ve biyometrik şablon oluşturmaz. Yüz tabanlı web araması ise yukarıda açıklandığı gibi FaceCheck tarafından gerçekleştirilir.

4. Diğer veriler

Hesap: Uygulama sizi anonim bir hesapla (Firebase) tanır; ad, telefon istemez. Web'de dilerseniz Google veya e-posta ile giriş yaparsınız; bu durumda e-posta adresiniz hesabınızı tanımlamak için işlenir.

Tarama geçmişi: Sonuçlarınız ve küçük görseller uygulamada yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır; dilediğinizde silebilirsiniz.

Satın almalar: Uygulama içi abonelikler Apple App Store üzerinden, web abonelikleri Stripe üzerinden işlenir. Ödeme kartı bilgileriniz bize ulaşmaz. Satın alma doğrulaması için RevenueCat kullanılır; yalnızca anonim kullanıcı kimliği ve makbuz bilgisi paylaşılır.

Takip yapılmaz: Uygulama sizi başka şirketlerin uygulama veya siteleri üzerinden takip etmez; reklam ağı içermez.

5. Sorumlu kullanım

NeoDetect'i yalnızca kullanma hakkına sahip olduğunuz görsellerle kullanmalısınız. Uygulamayı taciz, takip, gözetleme veya kişileri hukuka aykırı şekilde tanımlama amacıyla kullanmak yasaktır.

6. Saklama ve silme

Aranan fotoğraflar arama biter bitmez silinir. Tarama geçmişi siz silene kadar cihazınızda kalır. Uygulamada Hesap → Verilerimi Sil ile tarama geçmişinizi, tercihlerinizi ve anonim hesabınızı kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz.

1. Who we are

NeoDetect is a reverse image search tool: it helps you find where a photo you upload appears online and, in some cases, estimate where a photo was taken. Contact: enesaydinapps@gmail.com.

2. Your photo and the search

To run a search, the photo you choose is sent to FaceCheck, a third-party face-search service, which processes it to find public web pages with a similar face. In location-estimate mode, the image may be sent to Google Cloud Vision for geographic analysis. These providers process the data under their own privacy policies.

Your photo is used only for the search you start. The temporary copy we hold is deleted as soon as the search completes; we build no permanent image database and never use your photo for advertising, profiling or model training.

3. On-device face check

The app may perform an on-device-only check for whether a face is present, to pick the correct animation; this never leaves the device and builds no biometric template. The face-based web search itself is performed by FaceCheck as described above.

4. Other data

Account: the app identifies you with an anonymous account (Firebase); no name or phone. On the web you may sign in with Google or email, in which case your email is processed to identify your account.

Scan history: in the app, results and thumbnails are stored only on your device and can be deleted at any time.

Purchases: in-app subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store, web subscriptions by Stripe. Your payment details never reach us. RevenueCat is used for purchase validation; only the anonymous user ID and receipt data are shared.

No tracking: the app does not track you across other companies' apps or websites and contains no ad networks.

5. Responsible use

You must use NeoDetect only with images you have the right to use. Using the app to harass, stalk, surveil, or unlawfully identify people is prohibited.

6. Retention and deletion

Searched photos are deleted as soon as the search completes. Scan history stays on your device until you delete it. Use Account → Delete My Data in the app to permanently erase your scan history, preferences and anonymous account.

7. Your rights

To exercise access, rectification, erasure or objection rights (GDPR/KVKK), write to enesaydinapps@gmail.com. Requests are answered within 30 days.
